Our philosophy emanates from the truth that ingredients may come from the land, but flavors may come from anywhere. We aim to juxtapose the local and the global by intertwining the bold complex flavors of far-off lands with the fresh, local harvests of Southwestern Ontario. Akshay "Akki" Patil
Akki, as he is popularly known, has traveled a long road, from his humble beginnings with few resources to the realization of a dream that is boundless. He considers London, Ontario home, and it is where he has anchored his culinary heart. He has built a reputation with his first dining venture, The Bistro in St. Thomas, and now, with Seasons, his second restaurant, he is ready to take the next leap forward in his craft.
For over ten years, Akki leads the kitchen with a unique blend of passion and precision. He believes that cuisine is the highest form of storytelling and elevates local Canadian ingredients to express hospitality through food and connect with his guests. He shifts the culinary perspective and builds it from the global and the local, combined with his boundless imagination and a passion for storytelling from Canada’s seasonal harvest.

As Managing Partner, Bhuwan Duggal enhances Seasons with his notable experience in restaurant operations. He has defined his career leading some of the most dynamic dining establishments in the industry, and knows that a truly memorable experience, must be built with precision and consistency.
With operational excellence, Bhuwan creates a frictionless experience for his guests, concentrating on the details that transcend a meal into an event. He believes that hospitality is proactive, and that from the very first welcome to the closing pour, service is mindful, personal, and polished.

Seasons tailors all its events to the “Philosophy of the Moment.” Our space is responsive to the needs and energy of the occasion being hosted, whether it is an intimate executive dinner or a lively cocktail reception. We create an experience where service is effortless, food offerings are customized, and memories are evoked, all with a capacity of 59 guests.

For those who desire complete seclusion, The Private Reserve is dedicated entirely to you.
This sanctuary is laced with all the warmth of gold and the softness of intimate lighting. The luxurious and adorned space is meant for the finest of conversations as rich as the cuisine. Wonderful for closing deals, celebrating milestones, or relishing in seclusion. Capacity: Seated dinner for 12 guests.
THE MAIN DINING ROOM
For energizing, large scale events, the Main Dining Room puts your guests at the heart of the action.
With the full service bar and lively open kitchen, you easily capture the rhythm of the restaurant. Enjoy the blend of elegance and excitement perfect for brand launches, wedding receptions, and large social events. Capacity: Seated events for 47 guests.

With a full venue buyout, you obtain the energetic Main Dining Room along with the cozy ambience of The Private Reserve. It offers a seamless experience where guests transition from bar cocktails to a multi-course dinner.
